Sanjay Patel, originally from Gujarat, India, has lived the American dream, growing up in Elizabeth City, NC, and Newport News, VA. As the founder and managing partner of Cascades Property Solutions, LLC, He has invested in over 800+ doors in apartment complexes and 1.6 million square feet of retail space valued at over $300 million. With a successful 26-year career as a Software Engineer/Product Manager/Data Scientist, Sanjay earned two patents and developed a premier fleet tracking system. In his personal life, he is an active scout leader and enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with his family.

After a decade as a CPA, Meeta Patel took a break to raise her two sons, actively participating in their school PTO and Scout Troops. She then ventured into entrepreneurship, running a franchise before shifting her focus to real estate investing. Guided by mentors, Meeta now specializes in commercial real estate, particularly apartment complexes and mobile home parks.
